STA. MARIA, ILOCOS SUR PINSAL FALLS LATEST PHOTO

Been here at PINSAL FALLS in Sta. Maria. Ilocos sur.  Was a bit dis appointed to see the state of this Pinsal falls! \it used to be very beautiful by its natural beauty!  Now that it became popular picnic area, People just don't care and left their rubbish everywhere!

On the positive side, government were able to put a hand rails through that stone  mountain! Road network going to Pinsal falls is reasonably alright!

    from a foreign visitors point of view, i would never go again. the place is close to becoming a rubbish dump. people lettering the place with chicken guts and filth of every kind.even the water is turning green with what is possibly filth thrown in up river.
    this place could be a top atraction but has been brought to ruin by man.
